The pancake fun actually starts before festival weekend. From August 22 through September 30, visitors can take part in the Williamsburg Pancake Trail.

Three Days of Pancake-Filled Fun
The Williamsburg Pancake Festival runs September 25–27 and features three days of family-friendly fun throughout the area.
Festival highlights include the Pancakes & Pajamas Dinner, the Run for the Stacks 5K and Short Stack Fun Run, Pancakes Around Town, and the highly anticipated World Pancake Eating Championship in Merchants Square. And yes, competitive eating legend Joey Chestnut is set to join the pancake-eating showdown!
